Common use of Administrative Fee Clause in Contracts

Administrative Fee. On each Reconciliation Date Seller shall pay to Buyer an Administrative Fee equal to .50 (%) percent of the face amount of each Purchased Receivable first purchased during that Reconciliation Period (the "Administrative Fee"). Buyer shall deduct the Administrative Fee from the Reserve as set forth in Section 3.5 below.

Administrative Fee. On each Reconciliation Date Seller shall pay to Buyer an Administrative Fee equal to .50 1.0 (%) percent of the face amount of each Purchased Receivable first purchased during that Reconciliation Period (the "Administrative Fee"). On each Reconciliation Date Seller shall pay to Buyer an Administrative Fee equal to .50 (%) percent 0.78125% of the face amount of amounts Advanced with respect to each Purchased Receivable first purchased during that Reconciliation Period (the "Administrative Fee"). Buyer shall deduct the Administrative Fee from the Reserve as set forth in Section 3.5 3.6 below.

Administrative Fee. On each Reconciliation Date Seller shall pay to Buyer an Administrative Fee equal to (a) .50 (%) percent of the face amount of each Purchased Receivable first purchased during that Reconciliation Period Period, and (b) an additional .25 (%) percent of the face amount of each Purchased Receivable effective December 1, 1998 (the "Administrative Fee"). Buyer shall deduct the Administrative Fee from the Reserve as set forth in Section 3.5 below.

Effective March 1, 1999, Seller shall pay to Buyer an Administrative Fee equal to .75 (%) percent of the face amount of each Purchased Receivable first purchased during that Reconciliation Period. Buyer shall deduct the Administrative Fee from the Reserve as set forth in Section 3.5 below.

Buyer shall deduct the Administrative Fee from the Reserve as set forth in Section 3.5 below.

Administrative Fee. On each Reconciliation Date Seller shall pay to Buyer an Administrative Fee equal to .50 .65 (%) percent of the face amount of each Purchased Receivable first purchased during that Reconciliation Period (the "Administrative Fee"). Seller shall pay to Buyer an additional .50 (%) percent Administrative Fee on Purchased Receivables whose Account Debtors are Government Agencies. Buyer shall deduct the Administrative Fee from the Reserve as set forth in Section 3.5 3.7 below.

On each Reconciliation Date each Seller shall pay to Buyer an Administrative Fee equal to .50 one-quarter of one percent (0.25%) percent of the face amount of each Purchased Receivable of such Seller first purchased during that Reconciliation Period (the "Administrative Fee"). Buyer shall deduct the Administrative Fee from the Reserve as set forth in Section 3.5 below.

On each Reconciliation Date Seller shall pay to Buyer an Administrative Fee equal to .50 .625 (%) percent of the face amount of each Purchased Receivable first purchased during that Reconciliation Period (the "Administrative Fee"). Buyer shall deduct the Administrative Fee from the Reserve as set forth in Section 3.5 below.
