Administrative Coordination. Full Partners recognize the need to facilitate as much as possible the sometimes heavy administrative process implied by enrolling in a European Master Degree located in four different countries and their respective set of national regulations to allow Students to focus on their studies. Full Partners agree to ensure any additional administrative cooperation which is needed due to the high level of integration and compulsory mobility of the Programme. This include notably:
Administrative Coordination. Prior to introduction of new or revised employee-related Contractor Operating Instructions (COIs) and Work Instructions (WI’s), the Company will provide to the Union in writing and upon request will discuss and coordinate any changes to COIs and WIs that affect Bargaining Unit employees prior to implementation.
Administrative Coordination. For so long as desired by the Coordination Committee, the SLDMWA will be responsible for undertaking all activities required of it under the Coordination Agreement including, but not limited to: intrabasin coordination; activities required in its role as Secretary; activities required in its role as Plan Manager; and entering into professional services agreement(s) and any supplemental agreements required for the consultant work necessary to meet the objectives of the Coordination Agreement.
Administrative Coordination. A. The Sheriff shall designate a management representative as liaison with City’s Chief of Police or designate, with respect to services provided under this Agreement.
Administrative Coordination. The Sheriff shall designate a management representative of the Transit Police Bureau who will liaison with the SamTrans’ Chief of Protective Services with respect to services provided under this Agreement. The representative shall maintain regular communications with the Chief of Protective Services, and as appropriate with other SamTrans’ management and executive staff to ensure the effective delivery of services, and to discuss particular issues that may arise relating to services under this Agreement.
Administrative Coordination. The Contract Administrator shall serve as, or designate, a Cultural Division’s project manager (“Project Manager”). Artist shall maintain regular communication with Cultural Division’s Project Manager via phone, fax, letter, or e-mail. Prior to submittal of Deliverables for each Milestone, Artist shall resolve all relevant issues with the Deliverables to the satisfaction of the Project Manager in his or her sole discretion.
Administrative Coordination. This task includes the official correspondence with the EC, the reporting obligations to the EC, the timely submission of deliverables and cost statements (in collaboration with the Scientific Coordinator), and the overview of the finances of the project.
Administrative Coordination. In this task subcontracting is foreseen for the audits of two partners (ZSI, DLR) whose budget exceeds 375,000 Euros. The total amount for this subcontract has been estimated to be 5,000 Euros. In addition, sub-contracting may also occur for the organization of events (catering, travel, accommodation and interpretation arrangements, etc.) on a case-by-case basis. All the aforementioned subcontracts will be awarded to the bid offering best value for money (best price-quality ratio), under conditions of transparency and equal treatment.
