ADMINISTRATIVE CALENDAR. A. All administrators covered under this Agreement shall be scheduled to work a maximum of two hundred nine (209) days. It is agreed that administrative work schedule include those vacation periods specified in the Teacher's Master Agreement. Exceptions to this work schedule may be made by the Superintendent of Schools. In those instances where exceptions are made, they will be noted in writing to the affected administrator prior to the date of the proposed exception.

ADMINISTRATIVE CALENDAR. A. The High School Principal shall have 220 paid days in his/her yearly calendar consisting of: The same work days as teachers (185) 10 days previous to the day teachers report 10 days at the end of the school year 4 additional days as agreed upon by the administrator and assigned by the Superintendent of Schools 10 paid holidays
ADMINISTRATIVE CALENDAR. A. The High school Principal shall work a 52 week year. The high school principal shall be entitled to 20 days vacation, which shall accrue at the rate of 1.7 days per month worked, available for use during years 1 through 5 in the position, and 25 days vacation, which shall accrue at the rate of 2.1 days per month worked, after completing 5 years in the position. Vacation is to be taken when school is not in session; vacation during school is only with the approval of the Superintendent of Schools. If the High School Principal is paid for any vacation that has not accrued and terminates employment with the District, he shall repay all monies received for all such unaccrued vacation. As vacation is used in the year earned, there is no hold back of vacation benefits.
ADMINISTRATIVE CALENDAR. The Board and the JTAA agree that the administrative calendar shall be as follows: Administrators will be on duty, with the exception of previously arranged and approved vacation schedules, in the summer months. Summer months are defined as all days occurring between the last teacher workday of one school year and the first teacher workday of the subsequent school year. During the school year, from the first teacher workday until the last teacher workday, administrators will follow the teachers’ calendar. As stated in item 5, the ten (10) month supervisor, if any, is not contracted during the aforementioned summer months.

  • Administrative Costs Administrative costs will not be included in the budget neutrality agreement, but the state must separately track and report additional administrative costs that are directly attributable to the demonstration. All administrative costs must be identified on the Forms CMS-64.10 Waiver and/or 64.10P Waiver.

  • Administrative Penalty That Respondent shall pay an Administrative Penalty of $1,000.00 to the Participating States to be distributed equally amongst the Participating States (the “per-state payment”).

  • Administrative Appeals An administrative appeal is a request for us to reconsider a full or partial denial of payment for covered healthcare services for the following reasons: • the services were excluded from coverage; • we determined that you were not eligible for coverage; • you or your provider did not follow BCBSRI’s requirements; or • a limitation on an otherwise covered benefit exists. You are not required to file a complaint (as described above), before filing an administrative appeal. If you call our Customer Service Department, a Customer Service Representative will try to resolve your concern. If the issue is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may file a verbal or written administrative appeal with our Grievance and Appeals Unit. If you request an administrative appeal, you must do so within one hundred eighty (180) days of receiving a denial of payment for covered healthcare services. The Grievance and Appeals Unit will conduct a thorough review of your administrative appeal and respond within: • thirty (30) calendar days for a prospective review; and • sixty (60) calendar days for a retrospective review. The letter will provide you with information regarding our determination.

  • Administrative Evaluation It is the intent of the SCD administration to conduct evaluations of non-priority- hire faculty as early as possible in a faculty member's employment in an SCD instructional unit. Administrative evaluation should occur before the beginning of the fifth quarter within the nine (9) out of twelve (12) quarter sequence outlined in Article 10.7.a.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling on Scheduled Days Off 1. When a holiday falls on a full-time employee's regularly scheduled day off, the employee shall receive eight (8) hours of compensatory time.

  • Administrative Fees The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent an annual fee as agreed to between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.

  • Administrative Leave The Superintendent has the authority to place an employee on administrative leave if the Superintendent believes that it is in the best interests of the students, staff, or community.

  • Limitation of Administrative Costs Worksheet The worksheet is intended for use during the budgeting process to estimate the district's percent increase of FY2021 budgeted expenditures over FY2020 actual expenditures. Budget information is copied to this page. Insert the prior year estimated actual expenditures to compute the estimated percentage increase (decrease).

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling Within Vacation Schedule If a paid holiday falls on or is observed during an employee's vacation period, he/she shall be allowed an additional vacation day with pay at a time mutually agreed upon by the Employer and employee.
