Administrative Arrangements. The competent authorities of the Parties shall establish by means of administrative arrangements the measures necessary for the implementation of this Agreement.

Administrative Arrangements. The parties agree to jointly develop Administrative arrangements to ensure that the requirements of this agreement are administered efficiently, and with regular oversight by senior officials, in accordance with their separate legal requirements. The parties will develop arrangements which will allow proponents to simultaneously satisfy both requirements under both the Environment Protection and Biodiversity Conservation Act 1999 and relevant State legislation.
