Common use of Administrative and Other Fees Clause in Contracts

Administrative and Other Fees. The Borrower agrees to pay the administrative and other fees of the Administrative Agent, the Syndication Agent and the Arrangers as provided in the Fee Letter and as may be otherwise agreed to in writing from time to time. All fees payable hereunder shall be paid on the dates due and in immediately available funds, to the Administrative Agent for distribution, in the case of facility fees, to the applicable Lenders. Fees paid shall not be refundable under any circumstances.
