Administrative and Management Functions. Contractor shall provide day- to-day management activities including planning, and acquisition of services, equipment, supplies and facilities to fulfill the Annual Business and Marketing Plan (the “Business Plan”) for the Visitor Information Center and Tourism Promotion Activities. Contractor shall be responsible for maintaining capable and competent staff, including management staff. Contractor’s Executive Director or designee shall attend any City Council and/or City Committee meetings as directed by City Council to provide updates, information or other data on Visit Bend plans and services.

Administrative and Management Functions. Academy Theatre shall provide day-to-day management activities including planning, purchase and acquisition of services, equipment, supplies to fulfill the annual Business and Marketing Plan for each of the areas outlined above. Managing the acquisition and retention of a capable and competent staff, cultivation of community support and accounting for the budgeting of the Annual Business and Marketing Plan funds according to accounting procedures established by City and/or XXXX shall be the responsibility of Academy Theatre. Academy Theatre may perform these functions through contractors and/or consultants. The Academy Theatre shall not serve as the spokesperson for the Mayor and Council in regards to city-related issues (staff, incidents, decisions) unless requested in writing.

  • MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS B-1 The Association recognizes that the management of the Hospital and the direction of the working forces are fixed exclusively in the Hospital and shall remain solely with the Hospital except as specifically limited by the provisions of this Agreement, and without restricting the generality of the foregoing, the Association acknowledges that it is the exclusive function of the Hospital to:

  • Administrative Functions Include any or a combination of: liaising with other departments on work flows and other matters; participating in interdepartmental meetings; coordinating transactions with external agencies on behalf of department; formulating and updating departmental procedures; recommending changes to Administration; compiling statistical reports on departmental activity. Administrative Levels Duties First level: As listed above. Second level: Participates in development and monitoring of departmental budget.

  • MANAGEMENT FUNCTION 3.01 The Union recognizes the right of the Company to hire, promote, transfer, demote and layoff employees and to suspend, discharge or otherwise discipline employees for just cause subject to the right of any employee to lodge a grievance in the manner and to the extent as herein provided. The Union further recognizes the right of the Company to operate and manage its business in all respects, to maintain order and efficiency in its operations, and to determine the location of its operations, its products, the scheduling of its operations and its methods, processes, and means of conducting its business.   • Project Manager, County The County shall appoint a Project Manager to act as liaison between the County and the Subrecipient during the term of this Contract. The County’s Project Manager shall coordinate the activities of the County staff assigned to work with the Subrecipient. The County’s Project Manager, in consultation and agreement with the County, shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Subrecipient’s Project Manager and key personnel. The County’s Project Manager shall notify the Subrecipient in writing of such action. The Subrecipient shall accomplish the removal within three (3) business days after written notice from the County’s Project Manager. The County is not required to provide any additional information, reason or rationale in the event it requires the removal of Subrecipient’s Project Manager from providing further services under the Contract.

  • Workload Management 11.1 The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that employees and management have a responsibility to maintain a balanced workload and recognise the adverse affects that excessive workloads may have on employee/s and the quality of resident/client care.

  • Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Please see Pharmacy Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies – Pharmacy Benefits section above for additional information.   • Implementation and Management 1.1 Properly constituted Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Committees or, where there is no OH&S Committee, Site Safety Supervisors/Safety Officers in conjunction with worker representatives, are the appropriate bodies to implement and administer alcohol and drug policy/programs (* see below).

  • Monitoring and Management Information C10.1 The Contractor shall comply with the monitoring arrangements set out in the Monitoring Schedule including, but not limited to, providing such data and information as the Contractor may be required to produce under the Contract.

  • Project Management Services Contractor shall provide business analysis and project management services necessary to ensure technical projects successfully meet the objectives for which they were undertaken. Following are characteristics of this Service:

  • Contractor’s Project Manager and Key Personnel Contractor shall appoint a Project Manager to direct the Contractor’s efforts in fulfilling Contractor’s obligations under this Contract. This Project Manager shall be subject to approval by the County and shall not be changed without the written consent of the County’s Project Manager, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. The Contractor’s Project Manager shall be assigned to this project for the duration of the Contract and shall diligently pursue all work and services to meet the project time lines. The County’s Project Manager shall have the right to require the removal and replacement of the Contractor’s Project Manager from providing services to the County under this Contract. The County’s Project manager shall notify the Contractor in writing of such action. The Contractor shall accomplish the removal within five (5) business days after written notice by the County’s Project Manager. The County’s Project Manager shall review and approve the appointment of the replacement for the Contractor’s Project Manager.
