With respect to its Loans made or renewed by it and with respect to any Note Letter of Credit issued to or participated in by it, the Administrative Agent shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents as any Bank Lender and may exercise the same as though it were not the Administrative Agent, and the terms "BankLender" and "BanksLenders" shall include the Administrative Agent in its individual capacity.

Administrative Agent in Its Individual Capacity. The Administrative Agent and each of its respective Affiliates may make loans to, accept deposits from and generally engage in any kind of business with the Parent, the Company or any other Borrower as though the Administrative Agent were not the Administrative Agent hereunder and under the other Loan Documents. With respect to its Loans made or renewed by it and any Note issued to it and with respect to any Letter of Credit issued or participated in by it, the Administrative Agent shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents as any Bank Lender and may exercise the same as though it were not the Administrative Agent, and the terms "BankLender" and "BanksLenders" shall include the Administrative Agent in its respective individual capacity.

Administrative Agent in Its Individual Capacity. The Administrative Agent and its Affiliates may make loans to, accept deposits from and generally engage in any kind of business with the Parent, the Company or any other Borrower as though the Administrative Agent were not the Administrative Agent hereunder and under the other Loan Documents. With respect to its Loans made or renewed by it Commitments and any Note issued to itLoans, as applicable, the Administrative Agent in its individual capacity and not as Administrative Agent shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents as any Bank other Lender and may exercise the same as though it were not the Administrative Agent, and the terms "Bank" and "Banks" shall term “Lender” or “Lenders” shall, unless otherwise expressly indicated or unless the context otherwise requires, include the Administrative Agent in its individual capacity. The Administrative Agent and its Affiliates may accept deposits from, lend money to and generally engage in any kind of business with the Borrower or its Affiliates as if it were not the Administrative Agent and without any duty to account therefor to the Lenders.

The Administrative Agent and its Affiliates may make loans to, accept deposits from and generally engage in any kind of business with the Parent, the Company or any other Borrower Borrowers as though the Administrative Agent were not the Administrative Agent hereunder and under the other Loan Documents. With respect to its Loans made or renewed by it and any Note issued the acquisition of Receivable Interests pursuant to itthis Agreement, the Administrative Agent shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents as any Bank Purchaser and may exercise the same as though it were not the Administrative Agent, and the terms "BankInvestor," "Purchaser," "Investors" and "BanksPurchasers" shall include the Administrative Agent in its individual capacity.

With respect to its Loans made or renewed by it and with respect to any Note Letter of Credit issued to or participated in by it, the Administrative Agent shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents as any Bank Lender and may exercise the same as though it were not the an Administrative Agent, and the terms "Bank" “Lender” and "Banks" “Lenders” shall include the Administrative Agent in its individual capacity.

The Administrative Agent and its Affiliates may make loans to, accept deposits from from, hold equity securities of, and generally engage in any kind of business with the Parent, the Company or any other Borrower Credit Party as though the Administrative Agent were not the Administrative Agent hereunder and under the other Loan Documents. With respect to its Loans made or renewed by it and any Note issued to it and with respect to any Letter of Credit issued or participated in by it, the Administrative Agent shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents as any Bank Lender and may exercise the same as though it were not the Administrative Agent, and the terms "BankLender" and "BanksLenders" shall include the Administrative Agent in its individual capacity.

With respect to its Loans made or renewed by it and any it, the Note issued to it, the Administrative Agent Petra as a Lender shall have the same rights benefits, rights, powers and powers privileges under this Agreement Agreement, the Notes and the other Loan Documents as any Bank other Lender and may exercise the same as though it were not the Administrative Agent, and the terms "BankLender" and "BanksLenders" shall include the Administrative Agent in its individual capacity.

The Administrative Agent and its Affiliates may make loans to, accept deposits from from, and generally engage in any kind of business with the Parent, the Company or any other Borrower as though the Administrative Agent were not the Administrative Agent hereunder and under the other Loan Documents. With respect to its Loans Loans, if any, made or renewed by it and any Note issued to it, the Administrative Agent in its capacity as a Lender, Administrative Agent in its capacity as a Lender shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement and the other Loan Credit Documents as any Bank other Lender and may exercise the same as though it were not the Administrative Agent, and the terms "Bank" and "Banks" “Lender” or “Lenders” shall include the Administrative Agent in its individual capacitycapacity as a Lender.

With respect to its Loans made or renewed by it and any it, the Petra Note issued to it, it the Administrative Agent in its individual capacity shall have the same rights benefits, rights, powers and powers privileges under this Agreement Agreement, the Notes and the other Loan Documents as any Bank other Lender and may exercise the same as though it were not the Administrative Agent, and the terms "BankLender" and "BanksLenders" shall include the Administrative Agent in its individual capacity.

The Administrative Agent and its Affiliates may purchase assets from, make loans to, accept deposits from and generally engage in any kind of business with the Parent, the Company or any other Borrower Sellers as though the Administrative Agent were not the Administrative Agent hereunder and under the other Loan DocumentsProgram Agreements. With respect to its Loans made or renewed the Transactions entered into by it and any Note issued to the Interests purchased made by it, the Administrative Agent shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents Program Agreements as any Bank Buyer and may exercise the same as though it were not the Administrative Agent, and the terms "Bank" “Buyer” and "Banks" “Buyers” shall include the Administrative Agent in its individual capacity.

The entity which is the Administrative Agent and its Affiliates may make loans to, accept deposits from and generally engage in any kind of business with the Parent, the Company or any other Borrower Borrowers as though the entity which is the Administrative Agent were not the Administrative Agent hereunder and under the other Loan Documents. With respect to its the Loans made or renewed by it and any Note issued to it, the entity which is the Administrative Agent shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents as any Bank Lender and may exercise the same as though it were not the Administrative Agent, and the terms "BankLender" and "BanksLenders" shall include the entity which is the Administrative Agent in its individual capacity.

Administrative Agent in Its Individual Capacity. The Administrative Agent and its Affiliates may make loans to, accept deposits from and generally engage in any kind of business with the Borrower, the Parent, the Company their respective Subsidiaries or any other Borrower their respective Affiliates as though the Administrative Agent were not the Administrative Agent hereunder. With respect to the Advances and all obligations of the Borrower and the Parent hereunder and under the other Loan Documents. With respect to its Loans made or renewed by it and any Note issued to it, the Administrative Agent shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents as any Bank Lender, in such capacity, and may exercise the same as though it were not the Administrative Agent, and the terms "Bank" “Lender” and "Banks" “Lenders”, shall include the Administrative Agent in its individual capacity, as applicable.

The Administrative Agent and its Affiliates may make loans to, accept deposits from and generally engage in any kind of business with any of the Parent, Parent and the Company or any other Borrower Loan Parties as though the Administrative Agent were not the Administrative Agent hereunder and under the other Loan Documents. With respect to its Loans made or renewed by it and any Note issued to it and with respect to any Letter of Credit issued or participated in by it, the Administrative Agent shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents as any Bank Lender and may exercise the same as though it were not the Administrative Agent, and the terms "BankLender" and "BanksLenders" shall include the Administrative Agent in its individual capacity.

The Administrative Agent, each Syndication Agent and its Affiliates their respective affiliates may make loans to, accept deposits from and generally engage in any kind of business with the Parent, the Company or any other Borrower Loan Party as though the such Administrative Agent or Syndication Agent were not the Administrative Agent hereunder and under the other Loan Documentsan agent hereunder. With respect to its Loans made or renewed by it and with respect to any Note Letter of Credit issued to or participated in by it, the Administrative Agent and each Syndication Agent shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents as any Bank Lender and may exercise the same as though it were not the an Administrative Agent, and the terms "Bank" “Lender” and "Banks" “Lenders” shall include the Administrative Agent and each Syndication Agent in its individual capacity.

With respect to its Loans made or renewed by it and with respect to any Note Letter of Credit issued to or participated in by it, the Administrative Agent shall have the same rights and powers under this Agreement and the other Loan Credit Documents as any Bank Lender and may exercise the same as though it were not the Administrative Agent, and the terms "BankLender" and "BanksLenders" shall include the Administrative Agent in its individual capacity.
