Common use of Administrative Agent Fee Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent Fee. Borrower shall pay to Administrative Agent, for Administrative Agent’s own account, an administrative agent fee of $1,667 per month (or partial month, without apportioning, in the event the Initial Advance is made or the Loan repaid, on a day other than the last day of a month) payable monthly in arrears commencing on November 1, 2010 and on the first day of each month hereafter.

Administrative Agent Fee. Borrower Borrowers shall jointly and severally pay Administrative Agent for its benefit a monthly fee in an amount equal to $1,500 per month in respect of Administrative Agent's services, for Administrative Agent’s own accountwhich fee shall be fully earned as of, an administrative agent fee of $1,667 per month (or partial month, without apportioning, and payable in advance on the event the Initial Advance is made or the Loan repaid, on a day other than the last day of a month) payable monthly in arrears commencing on November 1, 2010 closing date and on the first day of each month hereafterthereafter.

Administrative Agent Fee. The Borrower shall agrees to pay to Administrative Agent, for Administrative Agent’s own account, the Agent an administrative agent fee of $1,667 2,500.00 per month (or partial month, without apportioning, in the event the Initial Advance is made or the Loan repaid, on a day other than the last day of a month) payable monthly year. Such administrative agent fee shall be paid in arrears commencing in four (4) equal payments of $625.00 due on November 1March 15, 2010 June 15, September 15 and on the first day December 15 of each month hereafter.year. Administrative Agent Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative Agent, for Administrative Agent’s its own account, an administrative agent agent's fee of $1,667 200,000 per annum, payable in advance in monthly installments with the first installment due on the Closing Date (pro-rated for the remainder of the month (or partial month, without apportioning, in the event the Initial Advance is made or the Loan repaid, which such date falls) and future installments payable on a day other than the last day of a month) payable monthly in arrears commencing on November 1, 2010 and on the first day Domestic Business Day of each calendar month hereafterthereafter (for the next succeeding month).

Administrative Agent Fee. The Borrower shall pay to the Administrative AgentAgent on April 22, for Administrative Agent’s own account1998, an administrative agent a fee in the amount of $1,667 21,000 for the period through September 30, 1998, and in the amount of $3,500 per month (or partial monththereafter, without apportioning, payable in the event the Initial Advance is made or the Loan repaid, on a day other than the last day of a month) payable monthly in arrears commencing on November 1, 2010 and advance on the first day Business Day of each month hereaftercommencing on October 1, 1998, and all other normal and customary fees and expenses of the Administrative Agent in connection with the performance of its duties hereunder.
