Common use of Administrative Agent Fee Clause in Contracts

Administrative Agent Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay an annual administration fee to the Administrative Agent, for its own account, in the amounts mutually agreed to between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent, payable in advance on the Closing Date and annually thereafter.
