Administrative Agent Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Administrative Agent, for its own account, the fees set forth in the Agency Fee Letter and such other fees payable in the amounts and at the times separately agreed upon between the Borrower and the Administrative Agent.
Administrative Agent Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay the fees to the Administrative Agent as set forth in the Fee Letter.

Administrative Agent Fee. The Borrower agrees to pay an annual administration fee to the Administrative Agent, for its own account, in the amount set forth in the Administrative Agent's Fee Letter, payable in advance on the Closing Date and quarterly thereafter.

Borrower shall pay to Administrative Agent, for Administrative Agent’s own account, an administrative agent fee of $1,667 per month (or partial month, without apportioning, in the event the Initial Advance is made or the Loan repaid, on a day other than the last day of a month) payable monthly in arrears commencing on November 1, 2010 and on the first day of each month hereafter.
Administrative Agent Fee. Borrower agrees to pay to ------------------------ Administrative Agent on the date hereof and on each anniversary of the date hereof the administrative fee described in that certain letter dated January 13, 1999 from Bank of America and NationsBanc Xxxxxxxxxx Securities LLC to Borrower, as the same may be amended from time to time.
