Administrative Access. (a) Administrative Access Credentials are the property of the Customer; Company must provide Customer with any Administrative Access Credentials Microsoft provides with respect to a Product purchased by Customer. Company must cooperate with and facilitate the transference of any Administrative Access Credentials to Customer or any other Microsoft reseller at a Customer’s direction.
Administrative Access. The term ‘‘administrative access’’ means the unrestricted use of land and interests in land for ingress and egress by an agency of the United States (including a permittee, contrac- tor, agent, or assignee of the United States) in order to carry out an activity authorized by law or regulation, or otherwise in furtherance of the management of federally-owned land and resources.
Administrative Access. To prevent malware installation on our servers, full administrative access to a WordPress installation on United’s hosting services will not be granted to customers. Customers may request access to specific features of a website, and access may be granted at United’s discretion.
Administrative Access. All data processing systems shall be accessible for maintenance purposes exclusively via approved IP address ranges and in encrypted form (e.g. VPN restrictions).
Administrative Access. Access given to individuals or systems to perform system administrator functions that is a level above the access given to a User. In a traditional Microsoft Windows environment, members of the local administrators, domain administrators and enterprise administrators groups have Administrative Access. In a traditional UNIX or Linux environment, Users with root level access or the ability to SUDO have Administrative Access. In an application environment, Users with ‘Super-User’ or system administrator roles and responsibilities have Administrative Access.
Administrative Access. TrueData will provide administrative authorization privileges to one (1) of Client’s full-time employees (“Administrator”). Subject to the terms of this Agreement, the Administrator may authorize one or more employees of Client to access the Platform Instance provided that such employees use an email address at Client’s domain (e.g., @xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx) for any access to the Platform Instance. The Administrator will be responsible for providing login credentials for the Platform Instance solely to authorized employees approved by TrueData and upon prior, written approval by TrueData, to a representative from an authorized ad agency solely for the purpose of acting on behalf of Client under this Agreement only for instances where such third party will serve targeted advertisements on behalf of Client. In no event may users share credentials or authorization privileges with other individuals or with each other. If TrueData has a reasonable basis to believe that the Administrator or any other users are sharing their credentials with other users or individuals, TrueData will notify Client in writing, and Client will have five (5) business days from the date of the notice to cure the breach. Should Client fail to timely cure, TrueData will have the right to invoice Client for the cost of the additional access to the Platform Instance. The Administrator must de-authorize any employees who cease to be employed by Client within three (3) business days. TrueData may suspend any access credentials at its reasonable discretion.
Administrative Access. CenturyLink will exclusively maintain global administrative access to NBS platform at all times. CenturyLink maintains the root password for all security functions. All remote CenturyLink administration functions occur via an encrypted session. The Customer Administrator will only have administrative access to portions of Service relating to Customer’s instance of Service. “Customer Administrator” means up to three designated Customer contacts that have relevant experience and expertise in Customer’s network operations and the authority to access or modify content via the Web portal.

Administrative Access. Daxtech will retain administrative access to the Server and to any data hosted on the Server, for the purposes of maintenance, provision of the Services, and administration of an Order or these Terms.
