Administration of the Mortgage Loan. (a) From and after the date hereof and prior to the Lead Securitization Date, the Interim Servicer shall administer and service the Mortgage Loan consistent with the terms of this Agreement, the Interim Servicing Agreement, the Mortgage Loan Documents, Accepted Servicing Practices and applicable law.
