Common use of Administration of the Collateral Clause in Contracts

Administration of the Collateral. The Collateral Agent shall hold the Collateral and any Lien thereon for the benefit of the Secured Parties pursuant to the terms of this Common Agreement and the other Security Documents to which the Collateral Agent is a party. The Collateral Agent shall administer the Collateral in the manner contemplated by the Security Documents and the other Loan Documents to which it is a party. The Collateral Agent shall exercise such rights and remedies Confidential materials omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
