ADMINISTRATION OF MEDICINES. The administration of medicines follows that laid out in the main school policy. Toileting Whilst using the Forest School site at Fairview Road, children will have access to the toilet facilities. Before and after using these, they will need to inform an adult. A toilet card will be kept in an agreed place in order that only one child at a time goes. Children will be trained to move their name to show they have left the Forest School site to go to the toilet. Strategy For a lost Child Before leaving for Forest School, each adult will have a list of children for which they are responsible for. At regular intervals, adults will ensure that these children are within the Forest School site. In the event of a child being unaccounted for, one member of staff will be sent to look for that child. Help will be sought from support staff to assist. The Forest School Leader will be responsible for contacting the Police and the parent/guardian of the child in addition to the Headteacher. It will be established between adults and children when and where the last sighting of the child was.

  • Administration of Medication Employees required to administer or apply medication(s) prescribed by a qualified medical practitioner, will be trained at the Employer's expense. Employees who have not received this training will not be permitted to administer such substances.

  • Administration of Agreement All approvals referenced in this Agreement must be obtained from the parties' contract administrators or their designees. All notices must be given to the parties' contract administrators respectively. The OAG's contract administrator is Xxxxxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, Chief, Bureau of Advocacy and Grants Management. The Provider’s contract administrator will be provided at the time of execution.   • Grant Administration The District recognizes that Charter Schools are utilizing revenue sources associated with federal and state agency grants. The District is required to be Fiscal Agent on such grants meaning the District is responsible for oversight, approval, review and distribution of funds. These administrative tasks result in the utilization of District resources. In recognition of this, the District is mandating the following.

  • Administration of Claims The Fund or its designee agrees to administer all claims for which Fund Member has coverage after Fund Member provides timely written notice to the Fund. Fund Member hereby authorizes the Fund or its designee to act in all matters pertaining to handling of claims for which Fund Member has coverage pursuant to this Agreement. Fund Member expressly agrees that the Fund has sole authority in all matters pertaining to the administration of claims and grants the Fund or its designee full decision-making authority in all matters, including without limitation, discussions with claimants and their attorneys or other duly authorized representatives. Contractor shall conduct background checks using primary sources on all personnel authorized to provide direct services or transport persons served under this contract. When transportation is provided for persons served under this contract, Contractor shall maintain current records of driving licenses and satisfactory driving history of drivers. The written information, at a minimum, should include: (a) start date notification, (b) intake process and location, (c) orientation to the Contractor, (d) service planning and delivery, (e) monitoring of service provided, (f) communication and progress reports, (g) service exit or termination. Contractor shall provide the most effective mode(s) of communication to all populations without charge to VRS or persons served. Contractor shall provide Interpreter services for all services in Attachment B, Fee-for-Service Rate Schedule, and Performance Based Agreement (PBA) for Placement and Retention Services as referenced at xxxxx://xx.xxx/deed/job- seekers/disabilities/partners/. Contractor is responsible for all necessary interpreting costs. Documentation (phone calls, emails, report writing, case notes) time is built into the fee structure and rates, therefore is not billable.
