Common use of Administration of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Administration of Agreement. a) The Exchange may adopt policies, procedures, rules and interpretations that are consistent with applicable laws, rules and regulations and deemed advisable by the Exchange to promote orderly and efficient administration of this Agreement. The parties shall perform in accordance with such policies and procedures; provided, however, that any changes to policies and procedures that are not disclosed to Contractor prior to the Agreement Effective Date shall not result in additional obligations and risks to Contractor existing at the Agreement Effective Date except as otherwise mutually agreed upon by the parties.
