Program Administration An activity relating to the general management, oversight and coordination of community development programs. Costs directly related to carrying out eligible activities are not included.
Primary Function (a) The primary function of the troubleshooter shall be to address concerns of bargaining unit employees who seek a determination of their employment status (an employee of regular status or an employee of auxiliary status) pursuant to the terms of this Collective Agreement.
WAGE ADMINISTRATION The rules governing salary treatment further to a revision or reclassification shall be the following: • if the occupation is downgraded the employee will benefit from wage protection (for clarity, the employee’s rate of pay prior to the downgrade) for the duration of the Collective Agreement and will be entitled annually to a $750.00 lump sum in lieu of a bargained increase as described in Attachment C of the Collective Agreement until the top salary rate for her salary group exceeds her current rate. • if the occupation is upgraded the pay adjustment will be effective from the date of the request.
MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS B-1 The Association recognizes that the management of the Hospital and the direction of the working forces are fixed exclusively in the Hospital and shall remain solely with the Hospital except as specifically limited by the provisions of this Agreement, and without restricting the generality of the foregoing, the Association acknowledges that it is the exclusive function of the Hospital to:

Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Site of Care Program For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care. If we deny your request for preauthorization, or you disagree with our determination for the appropriate site of care, you can submit a medical appeal. Project Administration The Contractor shall provide project administration for all Subcontractors, vendors, suppliers, and others involved in implementing the Work and shall coordinate administration efforts with those of the A/E and ODR in accordance with these Uniform General and Supplementary Conditions and provisions of Division 1 Specifications, and as outlined in the Pre- construction Conference.
Performance of Government Functions Nothing contained in this contract shall be deemed or construed so as to in any way estop, limit, or impair the City from exercising or performing any regulatory, policing, legislative, governmental, or other powers or functions.
Agreement Administration SBBC has delegated authority to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee to take any actions necessary to implement and administer this Agreement.
