THSLL will load all required information into the game-scheduling system (e.g., Arbiter) so that the regional LOA District Assigners can assign officials for THSLL games. It is acceptable for THSLL to circulate via email a spreadsheet containing personal contact information (i.e., phone numbers, email addresses) to keep this information private within THSLL and LOA.
