Admin Fees. 5.5.1 If, in any rolling three (3) Month period, two (2) or more MI Failures occur, the Supplier acknowledges and agrees that the Authority shall have the right to invoice the Supplier Admin Fees and (subject to paragraph 5.5.2 below) in respect of any MI Failures as they arise in subsequent Months.
Admin Fees. If, following activation of the Authority's right to charge Admin Fee(s) in respect of MI Failures pursuant to paragraph 5.5.1, the Supplier submits the Monthly MI Report for two (2) consecutive Months and no MI Failure occurs then the right to charge the Admin Fee(s) shall lapse. For the avoidance of doubt the Authority shall not be prevented from exercising such right again during the Term if the conditions in paragraph 5.5.1 are met. The Supplier acknowledges and agrees that the Admin Fees are a fair reflection of the additional costs incurred by the Authority as a result of the Supplier failing to supply Management Information as required by this Framework Agreement. The Authority shall notify the Supplier if any Admin Fees arise pursuant to paragraph 5.5.1 above and shall be entitled to invoice the Supplier for such Admin Fees which shall be payable in accordance with Clause 16 as a supplement to the Management Charge. Any exercise by the Authority of its rights under this paragraph shall be without prejudice to any other rights that may arise pursuant to the terms of the Framework Agreement.

The Authority shall notify the Supplier if any Admin Fees arise pursuant to paragraph 5.4 above and shall be entitled to invoice the Supplier for such Admin Fees which shall be payable in accordance with Clause A12 of the Commercial Agreement as a supplement to the Management Charge. Any exercise by the Authority of its rights under this paragraph 5.7 shall be without prejudice to any other rights that may arise pursuant to the terms of this Commercial Agreement.
Admin Fees. 6.13 If there are 2 or more MI Failures in any 3-month rolling period, CCS will charge the Supplier for the costs (an Admin Fee) of chasing the Supplier to provide the information.
Admin Fees. 6.30 If, in any rolling 3 Month period, 2 or more MI Failures occur, the Agency acknowledges and agrees that CCS has the right to invoice the Agency the Admin Fees. This right extends (subject to Clause 6.31) in respect of any MI Failures that arise in subsequent Months.

S3-2.1 If, in any rolling three (3) Month period, two (2) or more MI Failures occur, the Supplier acknowledges and agrees that the Authority shall have the right to invoice the Supplier Admin Fees and (subject to paragraph S3-1.11) in respect of any MI Failures as they arise in subsequent Months. S3-2.2 If, following activation of the Authority’s right to charge admin fee(s) in respect of MI Failures pursuant to paragraph S3-2.1, the Supplier submits the Monthly MI Report for two (2) consecutive Months and no MI Failure occurs then the right to charge the Admin Fee(s) shall lapse. For the avoidance of doubt the Authority shall not be prevented from exercising such right again during the Term if the conditions in paragraph S3-2.1 are met.
Admin Fees. The UNIT OWNER shall pay the admin fees due to SMDC, the rates of which are enumerated below as a percentage of the short-term rent paid for by the guest.
