ADJUSTMENTS IN SUBCONTRACT AMOUNT. (A) If a Subcontract Change Order requires an adjustment in the Subcontract Amount, the adjustment shall be established by Asturian’s acceptance of an itemized lump sum; by unit prices agreed to by the parties; by costs determined in a manner acceptable to the parties with a mutually acceptable fixed or percentage fee; or by such other method as may otherwise be provided in the Subcontract Documents.

  • CONTRACT AMOUNT Compensation amount(s), when stated in this Bid Specifications, shall not be construed as either the maximum or minimum amount which Department shall be obligated to accept as the result of this Bid Specifications or any Agreement entered into as a result of this Bid Specifications.

District alone reserves the right to reject any changes to this Contract it deems unacceptable.
