Adjustment of Complaints and Grievances. 9.01 Step 1: An employee may discuss any difference with their Team Leader at any time. However, if an adjustment of complaint is desired, such complaint must be submitted in writing to their employee’s Team Leader within twenty-one (21) calendar days of the occurrence or the date the employee was aware or reasonably could have been aware of the occurrence. The employee’s Team Leader shall within fourteen (14) calendar days give a written decision on the difference or dispute.
