Adjustment for Errors. The Employer reserves the right to adjust arithmetical or other errors in the Tender. Errors in extension and addition will be corrected on the basis that the tendered rate per unit is correct. Any adjustments made by the Employer to a Tender will be indicated to the Tenderer prior to the acceptance of the Tender.
