Adjustment Factor. The Bidder’s competitively bid price adjustment to the unit prices published in the Construction Task Catalog®.

Adjustment Factor. The applicable adjustment factor shall be 1.11. Any overtime or holiday compensation shall be addressed on a per Task Order basis.
Adjustment Factor. A Monthly Price Adjustment Factor (“Adjustment Factor”) will be determined each month as follows, using the difference between the Base and the MACMP for the month PRIOR to the month in which purchases are made. Adjustment Factor. As of the Effective Date, and after giving effect to the REIT Shares stock split in the form of a stock dividend to the holders of REIT Shares with a record date of February 4, 2004, and dividends issued to such holders on March 1, 2004, the Adjustment Factor is 2.0, subject to further adjustment pursuant to the definition thereof.
Adjustment Factor. If, on the Vesting Date, Total Shareholder Return is negative, regardless of the “Earned Award as a Percent of Target”, the number of Restricted Stock Units that vest may not exceed 100% of the Target Award.
