Common use of ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS Clause in Contracts

ADJUSTMENT/APPROPRIATION OF PAYMENTS. The Purchaser authorizes the Developer to adjust appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the purchaser against the designated unit, if any, in his/her name and the Purchaser undertakes not to object/demand/direct the Developer to adjust his payments in any manner.

The Purchaser Purchaser/Allottee authorizes the Developer Developer/ Promoter to adjust adjust/ appropriate all payments made by him/her under any head(s) of dues against lawful outstanding of the purchaser against the designated unitoutstanding, if anyany , in his/her name as the Developer/Promotor may in its sole discretion deem fit and the Purchaser Puchaser/Allottee undertakes not to object/demand/demand/ direct the Developer Developer/Promoter to adjust his payments in any manner.
