Many of these will occur outside of the minimum school-based assignment hours, and some may be performed away from the worksite after hours.

  • Adjunct Duties 9.2.1 The District and the Association recognize that teachers participate in adjunct duties. Adjunct duties are those duties beyond the work day, which require supervising and providing leadership in pupil organizations and activities or parent-teacher partnership such as, but not limited to: field trips, back-to-school night, graduation, promotion, outdoor education, open house, parent club, teacher conferences, progress report card night, supervision of dances, sponsorship of clubs, homecoming activities, and supervision of athletic events. These duties must be student supervision oriented. Attendance at Back to School Night, Open House, Progress Report Night, Teacher Conferences is required unless specific prior approval is given to miss the meeting/event.

  • Specific Duties Manager’s duties include the following:

  • Additional Duties (a) In addition to the duties of the Administrator set forth above, the Administrator shall (i) perform all duties and obligations applicable to or required of the Issuer as set forth in Appendix A to the Sale and Servicing Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions thereof, (ii) perform such calculations and shall prepare or shall cause the preparation by other appropriate persons of, and shall execute on behalf of the Issuer or the Owner Trustee, all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions that it shall be the duty of the Issuer or the Owner Trustee to prepare, file or deliver pursuant to the Related Agreements or Section 5.04(a), (b), (c) or (d) of the Trust Agreement, and at the request of the Owner Trustee shall take all appropriate action that it is the duty of the Issuer or the Owner Trustee to take pursuant to the Related Agreement and perform such duties and obligations as required under the Asset Representations Review Agreement. In furtherance thereof, the Owner Trustee shall, on behalf of itself and of the Issuer, execute and deliver to the Administrator and to each successor Administrator appointed pursuant to the terms hereof, one or more powers of attorney substantially in the form of Exhibit A hereto, appointing the Administrator the attorney-in-fact of the Owner Trustee and the Issuer for the purpose of executing on behalf of the Owner Trustee and the Issuer all such documents, reports, filings, instruments, certificates and opinions. Subject to Section 5 of this Agreement, and in accordance with the directions of the Owner Trustee, the Administrator shall administer, perform or supervise the performance of such other activities in connection with the Collateral (including the Related Agreements) as are not covered by any of the foregoing provisions and as are expressly requested by the Owner Trustee and are reasonably within the capability of the Administrator. Such responsibilities shall include providing to the Depositor and the Indenture Trustee the monthly servicing report in an appropriate electronic form.

  • Extra Duties The Trustee shall be entitled to refuse to approve any Substituted Obligor if, pursuant to the law of the jurisdiction of incorporation of the Substituted Obligor, the assumption by the Substituted Obligor of its obligations hereunder imposes responsibilities on the Trustee over and above those which have been assumed under this Trust Deed.

  • Civic Duties An employee who is late for work as a result of duties as a volunteer fire fighter or licensed ambulance attendant or licensed rescue squad attendant, shall be granted use of annual leave and/or accrued compensatory leave to cover the period of lateness, provided that performance of said duties may be verified by the Employer.

Ensures maintenance and repair of Commission's properties by maintenance crews and performs maintenance and repair duties (a) Directs maintenance staff (and grounds staff in Prince Rupert) in the completion of duties related to the maintenance and repair of Commission properties; (b) Organizes and schedules crews; ensuring work standards and deadlines are met; (c) Completes performance evaluation of staff; recommends disciplinary or other appropriate action where necessary; and other related supervisory duties as required; (d) Carries out electrical, plumbing and carpentry repairs and maintenance as listed on Maintenance Worker I such as repair/replace ballasts, fans, breakers and electrical fixtures, repair/replace plumbing fixtures, water lines and piping; repair gyproc walls and repair rollers on sliding doors and windows; (e) Carries out exterior repairs such as repairing roof leaks and flashing, cleaning gutters and replacing locks, railings, window and door closers and weather stripping; (f) Maintains own inventory of tools as listed in Appendix B, Part III; (g) Operates Employer's vehicle including trailers to load and unload tools, materials and/or equipment and/or Employer's assets; (h) Performs routine repairs and maintenance to appliances and equipment; (i) Performs routine repairs and maintenance to HVAC equipment; (j) Redirects contractors where minor deviations in the performance of work specifications are noted and reports on major deviations in contract performance on modernization and improvement delivery programs; (k) Performs work that requires adherence to safety procedures/practices when dealing with hazards; (l) May be required to utilize tact and diplomacy and refer tenants to other staff where appropriate. In some occasions may be required to exercise interpersonal and conflict resolution skills when dealing with tenants with complex health and social issues when other resources are not available. 2. Maintains inventory, records and standards (a) Maintains records related to work orders, chargebacks, preventive maintenance programs, and inventory; (b) Assists in the estimating and ordering of materials.

  • General Duties and Responsibilities 1. Responsibilities under the General Conditions of the Contract for Construction: In addition to the responsibilities herein set forth, Consulting Engineer/Architect agrees to be responsible for those matters identified in the General Conditions as being responsibilities of the Consulting Engineer/Architect. Consulting Engineer/Architect specifically acknowledges receipt of a copy of the General Conditions and acceptance of the responsibilities as set forth therein.
