Common use of Adjourned Meeting Clause in Contracts

Adjourned Meeting. If a quorum of the Special Warrantholders shall not be present within 30 minutes from the time fixed for holding any Meeting, the Meeting, if summoned by the Special Warrantholders or on the written direction of any Special Warrantholders holding not less than 25% of the aggregate number of the then outstanding Special Warrants, shall be dissolved; but in any other case the Meeting shall be adjourned to the same day in the next week (unless such day is not a Business Day, in which case it shall be adjourned to the next following Business Day) at a place determined in accordance with Section 6.3, and at a time specified by the chairman. Any business may be brought before or dealt with at an Adjourned Meeting which might have been dealt with at the original Meeting in accordance with the notice calling the same. No business shall be transacted at any Meeting unless a quorum is present at the commencement of the Meeting. At the Adjourned Meeting the Special Warrantholders present in person or represented by proxy shall form a quorum and may transact the business for which the Meeting was originally convened, notwithstanding that they may not hold at least 25% of the aggregate number of the then outstanding Special Warrants.
