ADJACENT STRUCTURES. When demolishing structures against parts of the building to be retained and any other adjoining property, adequate temporary supports and protection are to be left at each stage. Structures are to be demolished causing the minimum of damage to those parts of the building to be retained and adjoining property, and no unnecessary or unstable projections are to be left. Cutting away and stripping are to be kept to the minimum necessary and are to be done with care to reduce the amount of making good to a minimum.

  • Agreement Structure 2.1 An “Agreement” hereunder shall consist of this Master Agreement, the Schedule, and their applicable attachments and represents the complete and exclusive agreement between the Parties regarding the subject matter of the Schedule, and replaces any prior oral or written communications between the Parties relating thereto.   • Underground Utilities Any required ground digging or subsurface work shall be done in accordance with Chapter 556, Florida Statutes. It shall be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR to have all underground utilities located before any work begins (Sunshine State One Call 0-000-000-0000). The repairs of any damaged underground utilities as a result of the work being performed by CONTRACTOR shall be the responsibility of CONTRACTOR. The proper utility company shall be contacted immediately to expedite the repairs, if damage has occurred. CONTRACTOR will notify the COUNTY and provide a written explanation of the incident within two (2) days of the damage to any underground utilities.

  • Driveways 2.8 The Shop Response must include the possible impact description as well as a timeframe for restoration of Utility or work area. End users and O&M must be made aware of the possible impact in case of failure of redundant system/equipment. End user(s) and O&M must have some say of the date and time it may take place.

  • Buildings The Employer will provide and maintain all state-owned buildings, facilities, and equipment in accordance with the specific written order(s) of the Michigan Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Military and Veterans Affairs. Where facilities are leased by the Employer, the Employer shall make every reasonable effort to assure that such facilities comply with the order(s) of the Michigan Departments of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs and/or Military and Veterans Affairs.
