If you do not agree to the Terms and Policies, your sole recourse is to notify the Company and cancel your Neumi Agreement. Failure to cancel constitutes your acceptance of the Terms and Policies. You must be in good standing, and not in violation of the Agreement, to be eligible for bonuses or commissions from Neumi.
