Adequate Cause. ‌ Cause for discipline or discharge shall include, but not be limited to, the following:

  • Good Reason The Executive's employment may be terminated by the Executive for Good Reason. For purposes of this Agreement, "Good Reason" shall mean:

In the event of a termination for good cause, as enumerated above, Employee shall have no right to any severance compensation.
