ADDRESS NOTIFICATION. Each employee on the pool roster shall file his/her address and contact information in writing with the Human Resources office and shall thereafter promptly advise the District in writing of any change of address or place of contact during any absence from the District of more than five (5) days.

It is the obligation of each employee to keep the County advised of his/her current street/home address and telephone number for the purposes of this Contract, and the County shall rely on the last address supplied by an employee. An employee may also provide the County with a mailing address in addition to his/her home/street address. Within thirty (30) days after signing of this Contract, the County shall give to the Union the names of all employees who are members of the Union and covered by this Contract, together with their addresses as they appear on the records of the County.

The City shall rely on this address and/or primary telephone number for all notice requirements set forth in this agreement SECTION 51.2 This Article does not mandate an employee to obtain telephone service.

ADDRESS NOTIFICATION. A company or an organization can report their new business address with an address notification. Based on the notification, the company or organization will be added as a mail recipient in the given address. It is possible to order change of address or forwarding services with the notification.
ADDRESS NOTIFICATION. It is the obligation of all Employees to keep the Employer advised of their current home address and telephone number(s) (hardwire, wireless, etc.) where the Employee can be reached. Employees shall report any change of their home address in writing to the Department of Human Resources that is assigned to CECOMS on the appropriate form with a copy to the CECOMS Manager. The Employer shall rely on the last address supplied by the Employees to Human Resources and the CECOMS Manager in writing.
ADDRESS NOTIFICATION. When placed on unrequested leave, a teacher shall file his/her name and address with the School District personnel office to which any notice of reinstatement or availability of position should be mailed. Notice of any applicable vacancies shall be sent to all qualified teachers by registered mail and it shall be the responsibility of each teacher upon receipt to respond within a fifteen
