Additional Workdays. Employees holding the following positions listed below shall work additional days beyond the regular work year. Persons working less than full-time shall have their additional workdays prorated accordingly.

Additional Workdays. ‌ Contract employees may work additional days beyond their regular work calendar upon approval by their supervisor. The supervisor must determine that there is work to be completed and that there is a budget to pay for the work. The extra day(s) must be worked on any day that is not part of the regular work calendar and that is approved by the supervisor. All additional non-contract days that are worked will be paid at the employee’s contract hourly rate of pay.

Additional Workdays. A member may request to work up to an additional five (5) days during the school year or the summer recess by submitting a written request to the Superintendent or his/her designee. The Superintendent xxx, at his/her sole discretion, grant all or part of the days requested, if he/she finds a demonstrated, work-related need for the additional days. If worked, such additional days shall be regular member days and shall be paid at the per diem rate in effect for that school year (July 1 to June 30).

  • Additional Work If changes in the work seem merited by Consultant or the City, and informal consultations with the other party indicate that a change is warranted, it shall be processed in the following manner: a letter outlining the changes shall be forwarded to the City by Consultant with a statement of estimated changes in fee or time schedule. An amendment to this Agreement shall be prepared by the City and executed by both Parties before performance of such services, or the City will not be required to pay for the changes in the scope of work. Such amendment shall not render ineffective or invalidate unaffected portions of this Agreement.

  • Alternate Work Schedules Workweeks and work shifts of different numbers of hours may be established for overtime-eligible employees by the Employer in order to meet business and customer service needs, as long as the alternate work schedules meet federal and state law.
