Additional Uses. Licensee expressly understands and agrees that this Agreement does not grant Licensee or its contractors the ability to exclude, or prohibit others from using, the University Right of Way. Licensee further understands and agrees that the University’s uses, needs, and obligations shall at all times supersede Licensee’s privileges under this Agreement.
Additional Uses. Such additional uses by GolfStatus, or other companies organizations or individuals who partner with GolfStatus, may be made with no compensation paid to you with respect to the Content that you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available for through the Services.

Except as expressly set forth in the Usage Rules, you will not access or use (including but not limited to reproduce, copy, or modify) the Service (including but not limited to Downloads and other Content) in any way or for any reason or purpose whatsoever. All rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement are reserved to Snipp, and their licensors (including but not limited to the owners of copyright in the Content and/or any copyrights related to the Content). Without limiting the generality of any of the foregoing, you are not granted any commercial, sale, resale, syndication, reproduction, distribution, retransmission, or promotional use rights for the Downloads, including without limitation any rights for uses that require a synchronization or public performance license with respect to the musical compositions underlying Downloads. You are solely responsible for protecting Downloads from loss, damage, or destruction; Snipp is not obligated to refund or replace Downloads that are lost, damaged or destroyed, regardless of the cause.

This License is made subject to the rights previously or simultaneously granted by or through Licensor for any sub-surface or aerial uses antedating this License, including but not limited to, the construction, maintenance, operation, renewal and/or relocation of pipelines, communication lines, power lines, railway tracks and signals, and any and all applicable appurtenances. Licensor excepts and reserves the right to grant additional uses of the same or similar nature subsequent to the execution of this License, without payment of any sum for damages, so long as such use does not unreasonably interfere with the use of Road Crossing by Licensee.
Additional Uses. Fees for additional uses, plus applicable taxes, in accordance with our published rates which may change from time to time, are invoiced upon departure and are due immediately. If this is a long term rental (more than thirty (30) days) you will be billed in arrears and payable on the 1st day (or such other day as we designate) of the month following the calendar month in which the additional uses were provided.
Additional Uses. If Dainippon desires to have the rights and licenses under RiboGene Technology or RiboGene solely owned Collaboration Technology to develop and sell a Licensed Compound outside the Field, it may notify RiboGene as provided in Section 3.4 of the Research Agreement.

Nothing herein shall permit Licensee to transfer and assign the photographs, moving pictures and sound recordings obtained pursuant to this License for "stock footage" purposes or for use in another motion picture which is not the Film or is not "flashback footage" for a sequel or prequel thereto.

Additional Uses. Upon completion of the Mining and Land Reclamation, the HEARTLAND intends that the Property will be redeveloped as an M-1 use. Prior to any use other than the Special use for Mining and Filling hereinabove permitted being allowed, HEARTLAND shall apply for an amendment of this Agreement and for an appropriate zoning amendment. Said Amendment of this Agreement may be granted or denied in the discretion of the VILLAGE. If a part of the Property may be redeveloped prior to completion of the entire Mining and Land Reclamation, HEARTLAND may apply to redevelop the property in phases on such terms and conditions as the VILLAGE and HEARTLAND determine in said amendment of this Agreement.
