Additional Time for Travel. Teachers assigned to a regularly scheduled class of students whose duties require travel from one district site to another district site during the same student day may be given contract time to travel according to the following formula: Time FTE Parkside and/or Discovery Elementary and Montrose Elementary 17.5 minutes .000 Xxxxxxxx and/or Discovery Elementary and Hanover Elementary 20.5 minutes .000 Xxxxxxxx and/or Discovery Elementary and Tatanka Elementary 6.5 minutes .014 Tatanka Elementary and Montrose Elementary 22 minutes .049 Tatanka Elementary and Hanover Elementary 14 minutes .031 Hanover Elementary and Montrose Elementary 36.5 minutes .081 Buffalo High School and Buffalo Community Middle School 10.75 minutes .024 Buffalo High School and PRIDE 12 minutes .027 Hanover Elementary and Northwinds Elementary 22 minutes .049 Consistent with ARTICLE IV, School District Rights, the principal may adjust the schedule rather than increase the FTE.

  • Additional Time If because of events beyond the Design Professional’s reasonable control, it is not able to meet the specified time period, then it should be entitled to ask the Owner for additional time, which request shall not be unreasonably denied.

  • Personal Time Employees shall be eligible to take accrued PTO time for personal reasons. Such time must be scheduled in advance in accordance with Employer policies and be approved by the employee's supervisor. Personal time PTO must be taken in at least one hour increments.

  • Personal Time Off Executive shall be entitled to paid time off in accordance with the Company’s policies applicable to executives.

  • Payment for annual leave (a) Before going on annual leave, an employee will be paid the amount of wages they would have received for ordinary time worked had they not been on leave during that period.

  • Planning for Future Years (a) Advance Notice. The Funder will give at least 60 Days’ Notice to the HSP of the date by which a Planning Submission, approved by the HSP’s governing body, must be submitted to the Funder.

  • Shortfall of Annual Working Hours There shall be no pay back for shortfall of annual working hours in the shift systems determined in this Agreement.

  • Payment for Working Overtime on a Holiday Where an employee is required to work authorized overtime in excess of his regularly scheduled hours on a paid holiday, such employee shall receive twice (2x) his regular straight time hourly rate for such authorized overtime.

  • To be Provided Annually but no later than December 1

  • Payment of Annual Leave on Termination On the termination of their employment, an employee will be paid their untaken or pro-rata annual leave.

  • Release Time for Interviews Release time will be granted to represented individuals for the purposes of interviewing for positions within the University.
