Customer is responsible for maintaining a Customer Privacy Policy that accurately describes its data collection, use, sharing and retention practices and otherwise complies with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations. When in Customer’s control, the Links shall be placed in conspicuous locations. In addition, Customer agrees to act diligently, as reasonably necessary, to obtain or maintain any protection afforded under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, as amended.
