Additional Systems. Company may add systems to an Accepted Order for a period coterminous with the term of the accepted Order at Sun’s applicable, pro-rated, per-system fee, upon written notice to Sun and subject to Sun’s rights of inspection. Sun will provide to Company an add-on Order Confirmation reflecting the additional Covered Systems and associated additional fee.
Additional Systems. Customer may add systems to a Schedule at Sun’s then current per system fee, at any time upon notice to Sun, subject to the rights of Sun set forth below in INSPECTIONS. Sun will provide services for systems added to a Schedule for a period coterminous with the term of the Schedule, and Sun shall pro rata the fee for such services. Customer will receive an add-on Schedule reflecting the additional covered systems and associated additional fee.
Additional Systems. The Retailer is free to use any additional systems to help manage the business, so long as they are consistent with all the required Saturn systems and with Saturn's Mission, Philosophy and Values. The Retailer agrees to discontinue use of any systems deemed inconsistent by the Franchisor. C.
Additional Systems. Participant incurs an extra charge of $4800 USD for each additional system registered. Participant is provided one (1) 6’ x 30” table, two (2) padded chairs, internet access, and one (1) power strip with 4 outlets to provide 1500 Xxxxx (120 volts) / standard electrical service, and table signage for every one (1) system registered in Gazelle.

If the average number of slides processed per Quarter with all of the Systems located at any SBCL site during any two consecutive Quarters exceeds [*] slides per System per Quarter, then SBCL may order additional Systems as needed to bring the projected average requirement at such SBCL site down to approximately [*] slides per System per Quarter. Additional Systems. If Customer has existing systems covered by RTSA Program, any new Lucent manufactured or furnished system, deployed by Customer whether or not purchased from Supplier under this SOW, shall receive RTSA Program coverage at the same level, at no additional charge, for the remainder of the calendar year in which the deployment occurs. This support starts on the day that installation and integration of the system is complete when Lucent performs the installation of the system. If Lucent does not install all of the system, such support will be provided only upon written request of Customer made within thirty (30) days of completion of installation of the system and after the system has been deemed eligible for such support, as provided in Section 6.2.
