Additional Steps. The Parties shall take all procedural steps regarding the Fairness Hearing that may be requested by the District Court and shall otherwise use their respective best efforts to consummate the settlement embodied in this Settlement Agreement, and to obtain approval of this Settlement Agreement, entry of the Judgment and dismissal with prejudice of the Xxxxxxx and Xxxxxx Actions.
Additional Steps. At the Closing, the Company shall take all steps reasonably required to put the Purchaser in actual possession and control of all of the Assets.

Subsequent to Step C (Hiring Interviews), the District may utilize additional selection procedures consistent with the provisions of Division III, Section 13 of the District’s Administrative Code Personnel Policies and Procedures. Proposed changes to this policy that are within the scope of bargaining will not be implemented without first bargaining in accordance with MMBA requirements.

However, if You don’t agree to a step that is necessary for THE COMPANY to operate under these Terms and Conditions, then that could cause THE COMPANY to have to close Your THE COMPANY Partner Account and terminate your status as a THE COMPANY Partner.
Additional Steps. Each Party to this agreement shall execute and deliver such other documents and do such other acts and things as may be necessary or desirable to carry out the terms, provisions and purposes of this agreement.

Should there remain any doubts, as determined by the IOC, as to the protection afforded in the Host Country to Games-Related Marks, Olympic Properties, the Games Broadcast, Coverage and Exhibition or the Olympic Results and Information Services (as defined above), the City, the NOC and/or the OCOG undertake to obtain from the competent Host Country Authorities, adequate and continuing legal protection to the satisfaction of the IOC.
