Additional Staffing. When staffing levels exceed the minimum levels listed herein, additional staffing must be authorized on the Resource Order. Staffing rate of pay shall be:
Additional Staffing. The City shall assign adequate professional environmental staff to implement this Agreement. This shall include establishment of two new environmental staff positions with expertise in fisheries, wildlife, recreation, visual quality, cultural resources, and erosion control. One staff position shall be dedicated primarily to implementation of the Anadromous Fish Flow Plan and the Anadromous And Resident Fish Non-Flow Plan. The second staff position shall be dedicated primarily to implementation of the wildlife, recreation/visual quality, and cultural resource agreements.
Additional Staffing. The District can request additional ACSO coverage on an as- needed basis, and shall compensate any additional Deputy Sheriffs that are assigned to the District on the terms and in the amount mutually agreed to in writing by ACSO and the District, which writing may be transmitted by email, consistent with the terms and conditions of this Agreement and subject to the Chancellor’s approval as described in Section 2 above.

The parties recognize the vital role that tenured and tenure-track faculty play in academic life of the University, and share a commitment to emphasizing the role of tenured and tenure-track faculty in teaching and librarianship at the University. Consistent with department/library needs and University resources, the University will give first consideration to adding tenure-track positions when adding staff to meet increased student demand.
Additional Staffing. An additional staffing allocation of 42 EFT positions will be established over the life of this Agreement. These positions will be allocated by the Department on an agreed basis following consultation with the ANF, HACSU and VHIA.
Additional Staffing. Authorization of additional full-time staff by the Board of Supervisors will be requested by the department head and County Administrator whenever the workload in a unit of the department exceeds the applicable standards by more than fifty percent (50%) of one (1) caseload after three (3) consecutive months in the general social services and licensing functional service units and after two (2) consecutive months for the assessment, adoption and vocational services functional services units.

Consistent with school/department/academic unit needs and University resources, the University will give first consideration to adding tenure-track positions when adding staff to meet increased and ongoing student demand or institutional need and will make efforts to replace lecturer/senior lecturer retirements with lecturer hires. All adjunct faculty members will receive a written notice of appointment.

This shall include establishment of two new environmental staff positions with expertise in fisheries, wildlife, recreation, visual quality, cultural resources, and erosion control. One staff position shall be dedicated primarily to implementation of the settlement agreement on fisheries. The second staff position shall be dedicated primarily to implementation of the wildlife, recreation and aesthetics, and erosion control agreements, and this TCP Agreement and other cultural resource agreements.
Additional Staffing. The Company shall provide sufficient backup personnel to be available to perform the Contract Services during periods of sickness, vacations or other absences of regular personnel. The Company shall provide added staff under the Contract if it is shown that additional personnel are needed to properly perform the Contract Services at no additional cost to the County.
