ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND FACILITIES. 12.1 The Operator may equip and maintain in the Units without separate charge to the Resident, an emergency alarm system to the Unit so that the Resident has access to support from staff at Sevenoaks Lodge on activation of said alarm. The staff will make a phone assessment of the Resident’s need and advise accordingly. The Operator may also arrange the provision of a personal medical alarm to the Resident upon request, but this service will be subject to a separate charge pursuant to clause 3.2(e).

ADDITIONAL SERVICES AND FACILITIES. During your stay, you may need to purchase additional goods and services. We will tell you how much these goods and services will cost and send you an invoice for them. You must pay for these goods and services (which are listed in your Service Users’ Handbook and may include hairdressing, physiotherapy, chiropody, transport outside the Home and care and support staff assistance outside the Home) as and when they are received. During your stay, you will also be entitled to request additional services that we offer, such as day clubs or one-to-one assistance with trips to the shops or other visits outside of the Home. Some of these services may involve an additional charge. We will tell you about these charges before you incur them. We reserve the right to introduce or increase fees for goods or services, even where we do not currently charge for them.   • Additional Services Registry Operator shall be entitled to provide the Registry Services described in clauses (a) and (b) of the first paragraph of Section 2.1 in the Specification 6 attached hereto (“Specification 6”) and such other Registry Services set forth on Exhibit A (collectively, the “Approved Services”). If Registry Operator desires to provide any Registry Service that is not an Approved Service or is a material modification to an Approved Service (each, an “Additional Service”), Registry Operator shall submit a request for approval of such Additional Service pursuant to the Registry Services Evaluation Policy at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/registries/rsep/rsep.html, as such policy may be amended from time to time in accordance with the bylaws of ICANN (as amended from time to time, the “ICANN Bylaws”) applicable to Consensus Policies (the “RSEP”). Registry Operator may offer Additional Services only with the written approval of ICANN, and, upon any such approval, such Additional Services shall be deemed Registry Services under this Agreement. In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.
