Additional Sanctions. The following sanctions may be considered as an alternative to dismissal • Redeployment (temporary or permanent) to an alternative position or section. In these circumstances the employee will be required to accept the terms and conditions of the new role, including the prevailing rate of pay for that position; • Transfer (temporary or permanent) to an alternative position or section. In these circumstances the employee will be required to keep their current terms and conditions of employment for the role they occupy at the time of the sanction. • Demotion - may be considered if an appropriate and suitable role exists. In these circumstances the employee will be required to accept the terms and conditions of the new role. • Withdrawal of facilities - In cases involving the abuse of travel facilities may be treated as fraud and will be potentially deemed as a case for gross misconduct. Depending on the nature of misuse, withdrawal of facilities such as free or reduced rail travel could be considered.
Additional Sanctions. Management may, at its discretion, impose additional sanctions for violations of the Rules including, but not limited to, not allowing Tenant or Tenant's Guests the use of the pool, tanning bed, exercise facilities, clubhouse and/or shuttle. Management may also, in accordance with the terms of the Lease, terminate Tenant's Lease.

  • STRIKES AND SANCTIONS 19.1 The Association and the Board subscribe to the principle that differences shall be resolved by peaceful and appropriate means without interruption of the school program.   • Export Control Regulations Buyer understands that Seller and the Goods are subject to the United States Export Administration Act, the Trading with the Enemy Act, the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (in the case of Goods that are considered defense articles), and other laws and regulations of the United States of America (collectively, the “Regulations”), which Regulations are enforced, inter alia, by the United States Departments of Commerce, State and Treasury. The Regulations, in part, prohibit export or diversion of the Goods to certain countries. Xxxxx agrees to abide by all Regulations, including those concerning the resale and disposition of the Goods. Buyer warrants that it will not sell, transfer or support, directly or indirectly, or assist in any sale or transfer of any products or product technology in countries or to users concerning which such sale, transfer or support is not permitted under applicable Regulations. The Contract may also be subject to Executive Order No. 14 of Governor M. Xxxx Xxxx, promulgated April 17, 2006, concerning procurement of cleaning products and services, Executive Order No. 61 of Governor Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx promulgated December 13, 2017 concerning the Policy for the Management of State Information Technology Projects, as issued by the Office of Policy and Management, Policy ID IT-SDLC-17-04, and Executive Order No. 49 of Governor Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxx, promulgated May 22, 2015, mandating disclosure of certain gifts to public employees and contributions to certain candidates for office in accordance with their respective terms and conditions. If Executive Orders 14, 61 or 49 are applicable, it is deemed to be incorporated into and are made a part of the Contract as if it had been fully set forth in it. At the Contractor’s request, the State shall provide a copy of these orders to the Contractor.

  • Sanctions A. That HHSC may apply, at its discretion, sanctions if the Contractor fails to comply with any provision of the Contract, including:

  • Executive Order Minimum Wage rate (1) The Recipient shall pay to workers, while performing in the United States, and performing on, or in connection with, this agreement, a minimum hourly wage rate of $10.10 per hour beginning January 1, 2015.

  • CRIMINAL/CIVIL SANCTIONS 1. Each officer or employee of any person to whom returns or return information is or may be disclosed will be notified in writing by such person that returns or return information disclosed to such officer or employee can be used only for a purpose and to the extent authorized herein, and that further disclosure of any such returns or return information for a purpose or to an extent unauthorized herein constitutes a felony punishable upon conviction by a fine of as much as $5,000 or imprisonment for as long as 5 years, or both, together with the costs of prosecution. Such person shall also notify each such officer and employee that any such unauthorized further disclosure of returns or return information may also result in an award of civil damages against the officer or employee in an amount not less than $1,000 with respect to each instance of unauthorized disclosure. These penalties are prescribed by IRC sections 7213 and 7431 and set forth at 26 CFR 301.6103(n)-1.
