Common use of Additional Rules Clause in Contracts

Additional Rules. Landlord reserves the right to make such other Rules and Regulations or amendments hereto as, in its reasonable judgment, may from time to time be needed for safety and security, for care and cleanliness of the Building and for the preservation of good order therein. Tenant agrees to abide by all such Rules and Regulations hereinabove stated and any additional rules and regulations which are adopted.

Additional Rules. Landlord reserves the right to make such other and further Rules and Regulations or amendments hereto as, as in its reasonable judgment, Landlord’s judgment may from time to time be needed needful or desirable for safety and securitythe safety, for care and care, cleanliness and/or efficient operation of the Building and and/or for the preservation of good order therein. Tenant agrees to abide by all such Rules and Regulations hereinabove stated and any additional rules and regulations which are adopted.

The Landlord reserves shall have the right to make such other Rules and Regulations further reasonable rules and regulations and to alter, amend or amendments hereto as, cancel all rules and regulations as in its reasonable judgment, judgment may from time to time be needed for safety and securitythe safety, for care and cleanliness of the Building building and for the preservation of good order therein. Tenant agrees to abide therein and the same shall be kept and observed by all such Rules and Regulations hereinabove stated and any additional rules and regulations which are adoptedthe Tenant.

Landlord reserves has the right to make such other Rules reasonable rules and Regulations or amendments hereto asregulations as may be necessary for the safety, in its reasonable judgment, may from time to time be needed for safety and security, for care and cleanliness of the Building premises and for the preservation of good order thereinorder. Tenant agrees When such rules are made and notice thereof is given to abide by all such Rules the Tenant(s), they shall have the same force and Regulations hereinabove stated and any additional rules and regulations which are adoptedeffects as if originally made a part of this Lease.

Said additional or modified Rules and Regulations shall be delivered by Landlord to Tenant and upon delivery shall be immediately enforceable.
