ADDITIONAL ROOMS. All of the public restrooms, public hallways, vestibules/foyers and other rooms, all as identified in the Pre-Event Invoice, are included as a part of the Premises. Any additional room space must be requested at the time of the Pre-Event Planning Meeting, and if it is granted by the MSDPT, the Lessee shall be charged an additional rental fee as determined by the MSDPT at the time of the Pre-Event Planning Meeting. There will be an additional charge of $100/room/day of use for any rooms used by the Lessee that were not identified on the Pre-Event Invoice. No exit may be made into any corridor of any building unless expressly identified in the Pre-Event Invoice.

Proper measurements, appliance model numbers and detailed room pictures must be provided before any design work can begin.   • Additional Work If changes in the work seem merited by Consultant or the City, and informal consultations with the other party indicate that a change is warranted, it shall be processed in the following manner: a letter outlining the changes shall be forwarded to the City by Consultant with a statement of estimated changes in fee or time schedule. An amendment to this Agreement shall be prepared by the City and executed by both Parties before performance of such services, or the City will not be required to pay for the changes in the scope of work. Such amendment shall not render ineffective or invalidate unaffected portions of this Agreement.

  • Additional Requirements for Sleeping Rooms The Contractor shall provide departing Attendees a secured area for storing belongings.

  • Additional Living Expense If a loss covered under Section I makes that part of the "residence premises" where you re- side not fit to live in, we cover any necessary increase in living expenses incurred by you so that your household can maintain its normal standard of living. Payment will be for the shortest time required to repair or replace the damage or, if you per- manently relocate, the shortest time required for your household to settle elsewhere.

  • Additional Cards You may request additional Cards and permit Authorized Users to have access to your Card or Account. You will be liable for all Account transactions made and all fees incurred by those Authorized Users (including without limitation interest charges). We may limit the total number of Cards and other Access Devices issued.

  • Multiple Bedroom Spaces If this Housing Agreement expressly identifies more than one bedroom space in a multi-bedroom apartment as assigned to Resident on page 1, then: (a) references to a “space” or “spaces” will be deemed to refer to all of the spaces assigned to Resident, or to the entire apartment if all of the bedrooms in an apartment are assigned to Resident; and (b) if Resident is assigned fewer than all of the bedroom spaces in an apartment, use of common areas will continue to be shared with other residents of the apartment and any calculation of Resident’s share of any charges assessed pro rata to all residents of an apartment will be made by dividing the number of bedroom spaces assigned to Resident by the total number of occupied bedroom spaces within the apartment.

  • MAINTENANCE OF THE BUILDING /APARTMENT / PROJECT The Promoter shall be responsible to provide and maintain essential services in the Project till the taking over of the maintenance of the project by the Association upon the issuance of the completion certificate of the Project. The cost of such maintenance has been included in the Total Extras and Deposits as mentioned in clause 1.2.
