  • Death; Disability If Executive’s employment terminates due to Executive’s death or Disability, then the Company shall pay or provide Executive (or the legal representative of his estate in the case of his death) with:

  • Americans with Disabilities Act The Contractor shall be and remain in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (“Act”), to the extent applicable, during the term of the Contract. DAS may Terminate the Contract if the Contractor fails to comply with the Act.

  • Death, Disability, Retirement This Agreement shall terminate upon the death, disability or retirement of Executive. As used in this Agreement, the term "disability" shall mean Executive's inability, as a result of physical or mental incapacity, to substantially perform his duties with the Bank for a period of 180 consecutive days.   • Termination of the Partnership The Partnership shall terminate when all assets of the Partnership, after payment or due provision for all debts, liabilities and obligations of the Partnership, shall have been distributed to the Partners in the manner provided for in this Article VIII, and the Certificate shall have been canceled in the manner required by the Act.

  • Death, Disability or Retirement Subject to the provisions of Section 1 hereof, this Agreement shall terminate automatically upon the Executive's death, termination due to "Disability" (as defined below) or voluntary retirement under any of the Company's retirement plans as in effect from time to time.
