Common use of Additional Rental Clause in Contracts

Additional Rental. For purposes of this Lease, all amounts payable by Tenant to Landlord pursuant to this Lease, whether or not denominated as such, shall constitute additional rental hereunder. Such additional rental, together with the Base Rent and Rent Adjustments, shall sometimes be referred to in this Lease as "Rent".
