Additional Regulations. By Texas statute the Board of Directors of the Brazos River Authority has been empowered to adopt and has adopted certain regulations governing conduct on and use of lands owned by Lessor and on the Lake. The Leased Premises are within the area to which these regulations are applicable. Lessee agrees that Lessee, and persons using the Leased Premises with Lessee’s consent, shall abide by all Laws, including such rules and regulations adopted from time to time by the Board of Directors of the Brazos River Authority and future amendments thereto.
Additional Regulations. Landlord reserves the right to make such other and reasonable rules and regulations as, in its judgment, may from time to time be needed for safety and security, for care and cleanliness of the Development of any part thereof and for the preservation of good order therein. Tenant agrees to abide by all such Rules and Regulations hereinabove stated and any additional rules and regulations which are adopted and delivered to Tenant in writing.
Additional Regulations. 6.2.1 In addition to the requirements listed in this document, all Proposers are also responsible for understanding and complying with SEPTA’s Paratransit regulations (see Tariff 229 and Tariff 146, Attachment 17A of the RFP). Please note that, like any administrative or operating guideline, this information is somewhat dynamic and will likely change slightly during the life of the project. Such normal evolutionary changes do not constitute a change to the scope of service described here.

Any ammunition purchased or obtained from Piru Holdings LLC will only be used at its Shooting Range.

Additional Regulations. Jumper/Skirt: Shorts (any color) must be worn under a jumper/skirt. • Sweatshirts/sweaters: May not be worn around the waist. • Shoes: Non-marking athletic shoes. No hiking boots, sandals, clogs, slip-on musical, printed canvas, open- toe, light up, or open-heel shoes are permitted. Shoe laces should always be tied. • Jewelry: Watches, rings, bracelets and necklaces (religious in nature) may be worn. Girls may wear post earrings, but no multiple earrings per ear. • Hairstyles: Hair must appear natural in color and shall be worn in an appropriate manner. Boys are expected to maintain a hairstyle with hair above the ears and above the eyebrows. The hair neckline may not drape over the collar. Girl’s hairstyles must be off the face and out of the eyes. The final decision for appropriate hairstyle rests with the Principal. • Nail polish/make-up: Neither is allowed with uniform nor on casual dress days. • Casual dress day: Clothes worn on casual dress days should be in good taste and consistent with daily dress code policies. No spandex, cut-offs, tank tops, or mini-skirts may be worn. Advertising logos that are not appropriate for school should not be worn.
