Additional Rates. 6.5.1 ESY/Summer School/Intersession Effective June 1, 2016, the ESY/Summer School/Intersession rate shall be increased by 3% to $210.90 per day based upon a 4.5 hour day for all unit members and retired unit members. This rate shall be at least 20% higher than non-unit member’s rate. Compensation beyond the 4.5 hour day must have prior administrative approval. The ESY/Summer School/Intersession rate shall continue to adjust at the rate of all salary schedule adjustments.
Additional Rates. It is recognized that there may be circumstances where the employer may pay additional bonuses, rates or monetary compensation beyond the Collective Agreement. This will be done only with the agreement of the UUWA.

Charges, and Surcharges: In addition to the Negotiated Rates, and unless otherwise expressly provided in this Agreement or agreed to in writing by Natural, Shipper shall also pay Natural all other applicable maximum rates, charges, surcharges, and penalties of any nature set forth in Natural's FERC Gas Tariff, as may be revised from time to time, including without limitation all applicable maximum: (i) Fuel and Gas Lost and Unaccounted For charges; (ii) authorized and unauthorized overrun charges; (iii) reservation charges and surcharges; (iv) commodity charges and surcharges; (v) ACA surcharges; and (vi) gathering charges, offshore charges, and lateral line charges. Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, to the extent that any such additional maximum rate, charge, surcharge, or penalty is derived from the applicable base reservation rate or applicable base commodity rate set forth in Natural's FERC Gas Tariff, then Natural shall derive such additional rate, charge, surcharge, or penalty utilizing the greater of: (i) the applicable maximum base reservation rate or applicable maximum base commodity rate set forth in Natural's FERC Gas Tariff, as may be revised from time to time; and (ii) the Negotiated Rates.
Additional Rates. (a) A mill hand called upon to be the person in charge of vat mixing liquid mustard shall be paid an amount as set out in Item 8 of Table 2 in addition to the rate herein prescribed for a mill hand.

Subject to Paragraph 2 herein, Customer shall receive the following rates during the Service Term for MCI services provided to Member at Type A Locations as defined in MCI Tariff FCC No. 1 Section A, Definition of Terms, Locations. Rates set forth in this Paragraph 7 do not include charges for installation, taxes, tax-related surcharges, any other applicable surcharges, charges for access and access-related charges (including, without limitation, access charges in the Tariff, which are additional). Rates are in lieu of any discounts, promotions and credits otherwise applicable pursuant to the Tariff. As a promotional offering to Customer for executing this Agreement on or before the date specified in Paragraph 26, MCI shall waive the monthly recurring central office connection charges and access coordination charges (subject to the condition below) for MCI's metered (usage sensitive) access circuits installed prior to the Effective Date of this Agreement and currently utilized by Member and for MCI metered access circuits installed pursuant to this Agreement. Such waiver of charges shall be in effect for the term of this Agreement, after which Member shall pay standard tariffed rates for such circuits. Access coordination charges for metered access circuits are only waived on Member-provided access circuits.
