Additional Provisions for California Personal Information. When Processing CA Personal Information in accordance with your Instructions, you agree that you are a Business and we are a Service Provider for the purposes of the CCPA, and that we will Process CA Personal Information as a Service Provider strictly for the purpose of providing the Integrations under the Agreement ("Business Purpose") or as otherwise permitted by the CCPA, including as described in our Privacy Policy.
