Common use of Additional Premises Clause in Contracts

Additional Premises. A. Landlord hereby demises and leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby accepts and leases from Landlord, commencing on November 1, 2002 (this date being hereafter referred to as the “Additional Premises Commencement Date”), certain space consisting of 8,262 rentable square feet on the eighteenth (18th) floor of the Building, as shown in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof (the “Additional Premises”). Except as specifically set forth in this Paragraph 75, all terms and conditions of this Lease shall apply to the Additional Premises as if the Additional Premises were part of the Leased Premises and all references to the Leased Premises contained herein shall, where applicable, be deemed to be references to the Leased Premises and the Additional Premises.

Additional Premises. A. Landlord hereby demises and leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby accepts and leases from Landlord, commencing on November May 1, 2002 2001 (this date being hereafter referred to as the “Additional Premises Commencement Date”), certain space consisting of 8,262 3,756 rentable square feet on the eighteenth nineteenth (18th19th) floor of the Building, as shown outlined in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof (the “Additional Premises”). Except as specifically set forth in this Paragraph 75, all terms and conditions of this Lease shall apply to the Additional Premises as if the Additional Premises were part of the Leased Premises and all references to the Leased Premises contained herein shall, where applicable, be deemed to be references to the Leased Premises and the Additional Premises.

Additional Premises. A. Landlord hereby demises and leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby accepts and leases from Landlord, commencing on November August 1, 2002 2004 (this date being hereafter referred to as the “Additional Premises Commencement Date”), certain space consisting of 8,262 2,780 rentable square feet on the eighteenth (18th) floor of the Building, as shown in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof (the “Additional Premises”). Except as specifically set forth in this Paragraph 75, all terms and conditions of this Lease shall apply to the Additional Premises as if the Additional Premises were part of the Leased Premises and all references to the Leased Premises contained herein shall, where applicable, be deemed to be references to the Leased Premises and the Additional Premises.

Additional Premises. A. Landlord hereby demises and leases to Tenant and Tenant hereby accepts and leases from Landlord, commencing on November February 1, 2002 1999 (this date being hereafter referred to as the “Additional Premises Commencement Date”), certain space consisting of 8,262 rentable 17,281 square feet located on the eighteenth (18th) seventh floor of the Building, as shown outlined in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof (the “Additional Premises”). Except as specifically set forth in this Paragraph 75, all terms and conditions of this Lease shall apply to the Additional Premises as if the Additional Premises were part of the Leased Premises and all references to the Leased Premises contained herein shall, where applicable, be deemed to be references to the Leased Premises and the Additional Premises.
