Common use of Additional Pledgors Clause in Contracts

Additional Pledgors. Each Pledgor recognizes that the provisions of the Credit Agreement require Persons that become Subsidiaries of the Borrower, and that are not already parties hereto, to execute and deliver a Pledgor Accession, whereupon each such Person shall become a Pledgor hereunder with the same force and effect as if originally a Pledgor hereunder on the date hereof, and agrees that its obligations hereunder shall not be discharged, limited or otherwise affected by reason of the same, or by reason of the Administrative Agent’s actions in effecting the same or in releasing any Pledgor hereunder, in each case without the necessity of giving notice to or obtaining the consent of such Pledgor or any other Pledgor.

Additional Pledgors. Each Pledgor recognizes that the provisions of the Credit Note Purchase Agreement require certain Persons that become Subsidiaries of the Borrower, and that are not already parties hereto, to execute and deliver a Pledgor Accession, whereupon each such Person shall become a Pledgor hereunder with the same force and effect as if originally a Pledgor hereunder on the date hereof, and agrees that its obligations hereunder shall not be discharged, limited or otherwise affected by reason of the same, or by reason of the Administrative Collateral Agent’s actions in effecting the same or in releasing any Pledgor hereunder, in each case without the necessity of giving notice to or obtaining the consent of such Pledgor or any other Pledgor.

Additional Pledgors. Each Pledgor recognizes that the provisions of the Credit Agreement require Persons persons that become Material Subsidiaries of the BorrowerParent (other than a Foreign Subsidiary), and that are not already parties hereto, to execute and deliver a Pledgor AccessionAddendum, whereupon each such Person shall become a Pledgor hereunder with the same force and effect as if originally a Pledgor hereunder on the date hereof, and agrees that its obligations hereunder shall not be discharged, limited or otherwise affected by reason of the same, or by reason of the Administrative Agent’s actions in effecting the same or in releasing any Pledgor hereunder, in each case without the necessity of giving notice to or obtaining the consent of such Pledgor or any other Pledgor.

Additional Pledgors. Each Pledgor recognizes that the provisions of the Credit Agreement require Persons that become Material U.S. Subsidiaries of the BorrowerCrawford, and that are not already parties hereto, to execute and deliver a Pledgor Accession, whereupon each such Person shall become a Pledgor hereunder with the same force and effect as if originally a Pledgor hereunder on the date hereof, and agrees that its obligations hereunder shall not be discharged, limited or otherwise affected by reason of the same, or by reason of the Administrative Agent’s actions in effecting the same or in releasing any Pledgor hereunder, in each case without the necessity of giving notice to or obtaining the consent of such Pledgor or any other Pledgor.

Additional Pledgors. Each Pledgor recognizes that the provisions of the Credit Agreement require Persons persons that become Subsidiaries subsidiaries of the BorrowerBorrowers, and that are not already parties hereto, to execute and deliver a Pledgor AccessionAddendum, whereupon each such Person shall become a Pledgor hereunder with the same force and effect as if originally a Pledgor hereunder on the date hereof, and agrees that its obligations hereunder shall not be discharged, limited or otherwise affected by reason of the same, or by reason of the Administrative Agent’s Lender's actions in effecting the same or in releasing any Pledgor hereunder, in each case without the necessity of giving notice to or obtaining the consent of such Pledgor or any other Pledgor.

Additional Pledgors. Each Pledgor recognizes that the provisions of the Credit Agreement require Persons that become Material U.S. Subsidiaries of the BorrowerXxxxxxxx, and that are not already parties hereto, to execute and deliver a Pledgor Accession, whereupon each such Person shall become a Pledgor hereunder with the same force and effect as if originally a Pledgor hereunder on the date hereof, and agrees that its obligations hereunder shall not be discharged, limited or otherwise affected by reason of the same, or by reason of the Administrative Agent’s actions in effecting the same or in releasing any Pledgor hereunder, in each case without the necessity of giving notice to or obtaining the consent of such Pledgor or any other Pledgor.

Each Pledgor recognizes that the provisions of the Credit Investment Agreement require Persons that become Subsidiaries of the BorrowerCompany, and that are not already parties hereto, to execute and deliver a Pledgor Accession, whereupon each such Person shall become a Pledgor hereunder with the same force and effect as if originally a Pledgor hereunder on the date hereof, and agrees that its obligations hereunder shall not be discharged, limited or otherwise affected by reason of the same, or by reason of the Administrative Collateral Agent’s actions in effecting the same or in releasing any Pledgor hereunder, in each case without the necessity of giving notice to or obtaining the consent of such Pledgor or any other Pledgor.

Each Pledgor recognizes that the provisions of the Credit Agreement require Persons persons that become Subsidiaries of the Borrowera Great Lakes, and that are not already parties hereto, to execute and deliver a Pledgor AccessionAddendum, whereupon each such Person shall become a Pledgor hereunder with the same force and effect as if originally a Pledgor hereunder on the date hereof, and agrees that its obligations hereunder shall not be discharged, limited or otherwise affected by reason of the same, or by reason of the Administrative Collateral Agent’s actions in effecting the same or in releasing any Pledgor hereunder, in each case without the necessity of giving notice to or obtaining the consent of such Pledgor or any other Pledgor.

Each Pledgor recognizes that the provisions of the Credit Loan Agreement require Persons persons that become Subsidiaries subsidiaries of the BorrowerLoan Parties, and that are not already parties hereto, to execute and deliver a Pledgor AccessionPledge Addendum, whereupon each such Person shall become a Pledgor hereunder with the same force and effect as if originally a Pledgor hereunder on the date hereof, and agrees that its obligations hereunder shall not be discharged, limited or otherwise affected by reason of the same, or by reason of the Administrative Agent’s actions in effecting the same or in releasing any Pledgor hereunder, in each case without the necessity of giving notice to or obtaining the consent of such Pledgor or any other Pledgor.

Additional Pledgors. Each Pledgor recognizes that the provisions of the Credit Agreement require Persons that become Subsidiaries of the BorrowerBorrower (other than Immaterial Subsidiaries), and that are not already parties hereto, to execute and deliver a Pledgor Accession, whereupon each such Person shall become a Pledgor hereunder with the same force and effect as if originally a Pledgor hereunder on the date hereof, and agrees that its obligations hereunder shall not be discharged, limited or otherwise affected by reason of the same, or by reason of the Administrative Agent’s actions in effecting the same or in releasing any Pledgor hereunder, in each case without the necessity of giving notice to or obtaining the consent of such Pledgor or any other Pledgor.

Additional Pledgors. Each Pledgor recognizes that the provisions of the Credit Agreement require Persons that become Subsidiaries of the Borrower, and that are not already parties hereto, to execute and deliver a Pledgor Pledge and Security Accession, whereupon each such Person shall become a Pledgor hereunder with the same force and effect as if originally a Pledgor hereunder on the date hereof, and agrees that its obligations hereunder shall not be discharged, limited or otherwise affected by reason of the same, or by reason of the Administrative AgentBank’s actions in effecting the same or in releasing any Pledgor hereunder, in each case without the necessity of giving notice to or obtaining the consent of such Pledgor or any other Pledgor.

Additional Pledgors. Each Pledgor recognizes that the provisions of the Credit Agreement require Persons persons that become Subsidiaries direct or indirect subsidiaries of the BorrowerParent (other than a Foreign Subsidiary), and that are not already parties hereto, to execute and deliver a Pledgor AccessionAddendum, whereupon each such Person shall become a Pledgor hereunder with the same force and effect as if originally a Pledgor hereunder on the date hereof, and agrees that its obligations hereunder shall not be discharged, limited or otherwise affected by reason of the same, or by reason of the Administrative Agent’s actions in effecting the same or in releasing any Pledgor hereunder, in each case without the necessity of giving notice to or obtaining the consent of such Pledgor or any other Pledgor.

Additional Pledgors. Each Pledgor recognizes that the provisions of the Credit Agreement require Persons that become Material Domestic Subsidiaries of the BorrowerXxxxxxxx, and that are not already parties hereto, to execute and deliver a Pledgor Accession, whereupon each such Person shall become a Pledgor hereunder with the same force and effect as if originally a Pledgor hereunder on the date hereof, and agrees that its obligations hereunder shall not be discharged, limited or otherwise affected by reason of the same, or by reason of the Administrative Agent’s actions in effecting the same or in releasing any Pledgor hereunder, in each case without the necessity of giving notice to or obtaining the consent of such Pledgor or any other Pledgor..
