Additional Performances. ‌ For additional performances in excess of the limitations specified in Clauses 16:01 through 16:04, the following additional payments shall be required:

Additional Performances. For each additional performance over eight (8) in any performance week the musician shall receive one-eighth (1/8th) of the musician's weekly performance fee. The musician’s performance fee will not be reduced if there are less than eight (8) performances in a week except as provided for in Article 11.3 Partial Performance Week.
Additional Performances. Additional performances over eight (8) in any one Performance Week shall be subject to an Additional Performance Fee (Art.20.3) with the exception that any performance(s) in excess of five (5) in any three (3) consecutive day period, any performance in excess of nine (9) in a performance week and/or any performance on the free day or on the seventh day (Art. 11.3) shall be paid at two (2) times the regular performance rate for each such service.
