Additional Owned Shares. Stockholder hereby agrees to notify Parent promptly in writing of the number and description of any Additional Owned Shares.
Additional Owned Shares. The Stockholder shall promptly notify the Purchaser of the number of additional Owned Shares acquired by such Stockholder, if any, after the date hereof.
Additional Owned Shares. Shareholder hxxxxx agrees to notify Parent promptly (and in any event within 1 Business Day of filing an amendment to its Schedule 13D) in writing of the number and description of any Additional Owned Shares.

Additional Owned Shares. Each Holder shall provide as promptly as reasonably practicable written notice to Parent of additional Shares of which such Holder becomes the “beneficial owner” after the date hereof and during the term of this Agreement. Each Holder agrees that any shares of Company Common Stock that such Holder purchases or with respect to which such Holder otherwise acquires beneficial ownership after the date of this Agreement and prior to the Termination Date, including shares issued or issuable upon the conversion, exercise or exchange, as the case may be, of all securities held by such Holder that are convertible into, or exercisable or exchangeable for, shares of Company Common Stock (such Holder’s “New Shares”), shall be subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement to the same extent as if they constituted Owned Shares on the date hereof.
Additional Owned Shares. Stockholder hereby agrees, while this Agreement is in effect, to notify TCV promptly in writing of the number and description of any Additional Owned Shares.
