ADDITIONAL NAMES. Contractor shall not enter into a Subcontract without first obtaining Procurement Officer’s written consent with any prospective Subcontractor that (a) was not listed on Attachment 3-C at time of Contract execution or (b) is for any Materials or Services categories other than the ones for which they were previously consented. For either case (a) or (b), Contractor shall submit a written request sufficiently in advance of the need date for those materials or services so that performance under the Contract is not impaired. Procurement Officer may request any additional information he or she determines is necessary to assess the submittal, and may withhold consent pending it. 3.10.3
